Important information

Please provide your own hangers if you would like items hanging, otherwise I will fold them. I don't provide plastic covers, I feel they are unkind to the environment and a hassle for a customer to remove and dispose of.

I am insured and have more than 10 years experience ironing. 

Missed collections/deliveries are subject to another charge.

If while ironing I discover any damage to an item, I will contact you before proceding to make you aware and to see if you wish me to continue. This will protect us both from any misunderstandings.

Payment is due on return of your ironing.
